Most coaching programmes take place over 6 – 12 months. Following an initial discussion to identify the overall aims and objectives, we create a coaching alliance in which you set the agenda for the sessions and I create the environment in which you can think, learn and grow.
I encourage clients to set goals which are energising, expansive and in line with what’s most important to you.
All programmes can be discussed and agreed with the sponsoring organisation where appropriate.

A Coaching Vision Intensive is a 1:1, deep-dive coaching experience that provides a unique opportunity to take some high quality, accelerated thinking and visioning time out away from the office.

Positive psychology framework
The programme uses a framework of positive psychology to enable you to generate an inspiring, flourishing future for yourself, your team and your business.
The purpose of the Coaching Intensive programme is to work with you to:
- Identify, refresh or up-level your existing vision and goals
- Explore strengths and values-based leadership
- Develop a strength-based action plan to forward the vision
- Time out for some mind-expanding, enriching, future-focused thinking
- Clarifying what’s important to you now and for the future
- Creating a compelling vision and action plan you can’t wait to begin!
The structure of a Vision Intensive programme:
Before the day: We will ask you to complete some initial pre-work involving stimulus questions and an online strengths questionnaire.
The Vision Day: The day itself consists of a series of mind-expanding exercises to stimulate generative visioning and thinking. It includes an energising walk in nature to focus on values coaching and ends with creating a compelling, strength-based action plan to forward your vision.
After the day: 6 weeks after the Vision Day there is a follow-up coaching call to review the action plan and set new goals.
