Client notes and contracts are stored for a minimum of five years after you cease to be a client for insurance purposes, after which they are destroyed. If you have chosen to be on one of our mailing lists, the personal data we store and use for marketing purposes will be kept until we receive notification from you that you no longer wish to receive this information.
